Hollow glass
Hollow glass is two or more pieces of glass with high-strength structural adhesive, glass and containing desiccant spacer frame bonding as a whole, forming a sealed dry gas cavity between the glass composite glass products.
The full-automatic hollow production line collected by Zhongyi has the functions of automatic sheet filling, automatic film removal at the edge of LOW-E glass, automatic cleaning of pure water and automatic gluing to ensure good air tightness and final glass energy-saving effect. The continuous elbow of the spacer frame is sealed with butyl adhesive and polysulfide adhesive or structural adhesive to ensure good sealing performance and service life.
Hollow glass characteristics:
1. Anti-condensation: According to national standards, the dew point of insulating glass must be lower than -40 ℃, and the air layer of insulating glass is absolutely dry and non-condensation.
The. Noise reduction: general insulating glass can reduce noise 30-35 decibels, filled with argon and other special gases can further improve the heat insulation and sound insulation performance.
3. Heat insulation: Hollow glass coated with LOW-E film can more effectively block radiant heat.
